3. Seaweed Characteristics:
*Seaweed, laver & algae are excellent food because of its high nutritional values.
*Seaweed/algae is low in Cholesterol and is a good source of vitamin B5: beneficial for reducing cholesterol, Rheumatoid arthritis and Acne.
*Dried or roasted seaweed/laver also contains Magnesium, Vitamin 1 and Iron which are essential for preventing diabetes and heart attacks.
*Dried or roasted seaweed/laver also contains Riboflavin.
4. Dried Seaweed Description:
Grade A: dark brown, glossy, with uniform thickness and regular edge, no damage and hole, no dead spot, no chlorella and diatom, high flexibility, the first choice for high-end roast seaweed and flavored seaweed.
Grade B: brown green, glossy, with uniform thickness and regular edge, no damage and hole, no dead spot. It is suitable for good quality roast seaweed and flavored seaweed.
Grade C: light brown, glossy, no damage , occasionally with chlorella and diatom. It is suitable for normal roast seaweed and seasoned seaweed.
Grade D: Light brown and low glossiness, with little dead spot,occasionally with chlorella and diatom, suitable for low grade roasted seaweed and seasoned seaweed.
